Distributed Support Engineer

The role will be to attend customer sites around the Plymouth area to provide repair of hardware and software products within our agreed service levels.



With previous relevant experience, good diagnostic and problem solving skills and an acknowledged computer maintenance qualification your PC, laptop, server and peripherals experience will include HP, IBM and Toshiba. In addition familiarity with network operating systems, MS Office and call logging systems, EPOS and/or AV would be ideal.

Server and audio visual accreditations are essential for this role as is flexibility on working hours
