Corgi Registered Engineer/Plumber



Our client are highly successful organisation within the construction industry, specialising in interior refurbishment, maintenance and fit out of well known retail establishments.



Our client is seeking a Corgi Registered Plumber to take responsibility for commercial, retail and some domestic water and heating installations.



The successful applicant must hold a current Corgi Registration and they will ideally have previous experience working within a construction related organisation, with the key emphasis of your work being more on commercial sites.



Working on multiple sites primarily in the Exeter and surrounding areas, with some travel throughout other parts of the South West Region. Duties will include the commission of installed heating systems, completion of all relevant commissioning or test documentation sheets and certificates and ensure that all systems are left in a safe and secure condition. Give verbal instruction on use of heating systems and ancillary items to building occupiers and ensure they have appropriate printed instructions.



This is an established refurbishment & fit-out company, specialising in the retail and commercial sector, working for well established household names. Our client is setting up a new Regional Office in the South West Region, and a new contract commences within the area beginning of January 2009.



A company van and superb earning potential and overtime also available.
