Responsibilities:



• Achieving retail & company KPI targets

• Converse with customers about products & services whether in person or on the phone

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Ensure store housekeeping standards are maintained



Skills & Experience required:



• Strong sales skills

• Able to deliver first class customer service

• Competitor awareness & commerciality

• Have high energy & personal pride

• Self motivated

• Lead by example & display a “can do” attitude

• Be honest, straightforward and fair in dealings with customers about products or services.



Remuneration:



• OTE of £35k
